Return & Refund Policy

We are sorry to hear that you are considering to return/ refund. 



We accept all local returns of apparels merchandise under the following circumstances

  • For garments, return item must be in their original purchase condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), attached with all original garment tags;
  • wrong merchandise was delivered to you;
  • damaged/ defective merchandise was delivered to you;

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customised & Sale items are not eligible for Returns / Refund or Exchanges. Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be refunded.

To start a return, please reach out to within 3 days of receiving your order (if it was a wrong item or damaged/ defective item) with your order reference number and the photo of the item received. You can contact us at

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Other than replacement of defective goods that are the manufacturer’s fault, all shipping charges inclusive of custom duties and taxes (if applicable) incurred during postage of Returned item(s) will be at your expense.

Please keep proof of postage as k-aè.co will not be liable for parcels that are lost or damaged during shipping of Returns.

Do note that k-aè.co will only start to process the request when the physical item(s) has reached us. All refunds will be made in the form of store credits/discount code. 

Unfortunately, we do not support or accept refund, exchange nor returns on all overseas 



We do not accept refund / exchange or returns for accessories. 

Accessories color might varies slightly due to studio lighting or variances in computer and mobile phone screen calibration. Semi-precious stones/crystals/jade may have natural inclusions or surface marks even after being polished.
